This area requires some very good fitness levels due to the climbs involved. There is a myriad of fireroads that are legal to ride and few trails that are not legal so watch for signage to help you know which is which. Local knowledge sure helps to find the best trails here. Old School Rd provides a nice tough gravel road climb and a few fireroads lead of this. There is some great riding to had for the hardcore xc rider who enjoys steep descents, waterbars, steep pinch climbs and creek crossings. The fireroads that follow the boundry towards Cash's Rd provide all of this.

Not the place for the unfit or those skittish on loose, steep descents. At any speed the fireroads here demand some good technical skills and strength in the legs.
