I'm doing only a small number of races this year but this one's on the list. I'll be there and I'm trying to convince others as well. Sounds fantastic!

Noosa Triple 000 12 Hour

Folks - a couple of queries re under 18's competing. As per the online rego form and indemnity we can't accept under 18 entries this year due to the additional time it would take to get that passed through the relevant insurances but next year it will definitley be a consideration. Word back from trail fairies is that the current route as expected has handled the current low pressure system precipitation very well.Cheers SW.

What course is it? We've done a lot of the Noosa trails but interested to know what the course will take in. Do you have a gps plot?

Noosa Triple 000 12 Hour

Not fairBummer just read the news that the Noosa Enduro is not on in 2010. The Triple 000 event will be the only chance to race in the north coast this year. Oh well at least I can be greateful there is at least one race on. See the link re the news of the cancellation. If you haven't registered it may be wise to do so quickly as with 1000 disappointed enduro fans and only a minimal 300 places offered by the police in the Triple 000 event it is bound to fill quickly now. It will be a case of snooze and lose.

Only good thing to come out of this is at least the kids in the cancer ward may benefit from the cancellation. Click on www.workingwonders.com.au to see all the news on the event.

We can do it

I would love to buy this as someone who wants to attend and support but can't. Is this an option?

Bangers - if you can't navigate through the rego form and purchase there please contact Brad Cuthbert on 5475 2444 who is the jersey coordinator for the event. Email me if you can't get him on above number as I think he may be on nights this week and I will sort it for you - just have the relevant purchase details ready so we can process it outside of rego for you. Cheers/thanks.

Can anyone tell me as a non-MTBA licence holder, would I need to purchase a day licence or is this event not part of the MTBA where you need one?

Koplis, I might be keen to look at a team, but I am quite new and not very fit. If you are happy to take it as a bit of fun and not too competitive I might be your man.

You will be right. I checked this one out and the event is not being conducted under the MTBA banner so a day licence is not required so there are no additional costs over and above the entry fee.

Just wondering if there is anyone who wants to do this race as a team of 2. Am reasonably unfit and this will be my first race, so someone in a similar position who is looking to participate rather than place, please PM me, cheers

PM d you but got no reply. I am interested in teaming up as this would be my first race of this type. Perhaps it would be better with 3 or even 4 people?
