Although it isn't really the core audience of mtbdirt I thought I would share a link to the 'diary' of a freeride/slopestyle/shortcourse downhill trail I am involved with being built on private property in Redlands.

Some truly crazy and exciting stuff going on here and it is only about a month old!

Apologies in advance for linking to another site but the trail diary is being updated there so best to keep it in one place.

Well, the starting 'qualifier' rules me out.... Looking forward to seeing more images/video of riders in action.

Is there a "b" line.. to the umm.. WHOLE COURSE ??

It has ruled me out so far as well! With any luck (and by dusting off the fullface helmet) I will hit the drop on the weekend - am sure as hell not going first for the kicker next to it though!

The good thing about the track is that it can be sectioned quite easily - eg. at the moment we are only really hitting it by starting on the downramp of the wooden drop and using it as a roll in...

If i transition everything perfectly my bike won't explode. I don't fancy those odds. :p

Then again, when i get my new wheelset, i could torch the old one there (as long as my frame doesn't split in two).
