Don't worry, I'm paying for it in sweat and blood....I'll be slaving over a hot baby most of the weekend...well, a 3 year old that can play trains and listen to the same book over and over all day.

ADZ, holy crap it's been a while. You could come along as there are heaps of short cut options, although it would involve a bit of waiting around. Will be good to have you ride the trails with us again soon.

Hey boys and girls cant make it tomorrow as Im havibg my own personal sufferfest with a herniated disc and little scope of riding for at least a week. I'm doped up on painkillers but this thing is recurring and really f...ks with my training.

I go to a chiro and have had accupuncture and physio, have orthotics too. Anyone find something that actually works ? Mate swears by pilates - any good.
