hi looking to get a home brew kit to MYO beer.

anyone got any advice on a good started kit? ive had the coopers ones before and had mixed sucess, im looking for something good to higher quality.

or have people tryed any micro brewries in brisbane? should i just go straight to them and not bother with the home kit?

Find a local home brew shop and head in there to get the gear you need. Don't bother with the stuff from Woollies etc. Never tried the micro breweries myself.

I have used Brew by U in Underwood for the last 5 years and can highly recommend them. The quality of the beer definitely makes it worth the extra expense.

I used to a ton of brewing, just kit and kilo and worked very well. if you are interested, I have a ton of bottles, fermenters, cappers etc, that I would love to get ride of, as kids take and biking taking take all of my spare time. I also have a bunch of Beer and brewers magazines as well, pm me if you are interested...
