Bunya Sunday Arvo Cruise

There's a couple of fairly hard climbs mixed with some great downhill single trails and some easy sections. I think overall it's a bit easier than the ride last week.

I'm back in the country now after 5 weeks in Europe, and I need to figure out where I left my riding legs...

See you there.

ok unless something crazy happens i will be attending the ride tomorrow. If some one has a shock pump to fit marzoochi drop offs that i could borrow (please), i would like to put some air in my shocks. I have a shock pump on my shopping list, but paying morgage and raising two young kids on my wage alone i just cant afford it Sad

Wozza83 I have put a shock pump in my backpack right now, so you can use it tomorrow to put some air in those shocks. Hopefully it will fit your shocks - it is for my Fox forks and shock.

Thanks drew that would be great. Once the caps are pulled off the top of the shocks it looks like a tyre valve...

Money is so tight, i will have to wait till i do a "weekend" job at before buying more bike stuff. My wife and i are in the process of getting a photography business off the ground aswell.

If the weather's ok I'm keen. We'll probably have to work something out based around fireroads and stay off the singles though.

Came down the fireroad beside Jurassic this arvo. All of the road was soft and the creek was well up. I had to carry the bike over sections of the bke path to OCG's as the creek was over the paths more than the bottom bracket. Should be down quickly on the path.

Still people riding single track in Bunyarain. I guess I shouldn't be surprised. Just disappointed.

I did a bikepath to Redcliffe returning via Boondall Wetlands and Kedron Brook to Bunya. Kedron Brook bridges have taken a hammering with a lot of damage. The path under Lutwyche Rd is closed while edge repairs to the creek are underway. Means you have to cross Lutwyche Rd via the pedestrian crossings at Stafford Rd intersection.

Yeah, it's not going to happen today.

Pity me. I have the trainer set up in front of the TV watching old episodes of Greys Anatomy because they're the only recordings left that I haven't watched yet thanks to this weather. Sad I might have to switch to MTB videos soon, but I've seen those so many times now I'd almost rather watch Greys.

Ooh, Callie had to have her baby early due to a car accident and Adele's alzheimer's might be worse than she's letting on, but on the plus side she'll now qualify for Derek's clinical trial using an experimental new drug. However, she could end up in the placebo group and Meredith accidentally found out the PIN to the drug enclosure so it looks like she might be tempted to slip Adele the real deal regardless.

Kill me now!

Alley cat helmet cam movies set to metal are better than MTB movies for riding a trainer to.

That is all.

I thinker I need a bigger screen... and maybe a subwoofer... hmm
