Trails - Tewantin State Forest
Tewantin State Forest
There are many ways into the forest. One very good entrance, popular to MTB'ers is found on the Cooroy Noosa Rd that dissects the forest in two. It is located just west of where Beckmans Rd joins the Cooroy Noosa Rd on the southside of the road called 'Wooroi"
This area has a mixture of eucalypt, pine, and sub tropical pockets of bush make for constantly changing scenery while riding here.
Tewantin has some aggressive climbs ... and great multitrack downhills also. The jewel of the area though is the single-track which is now maintained in a Trail Care program.
